Back in the saddle again…
Regular readers may have noticed that blogging has been light for the past few days. Both of my kids graduated from college this past weekend so Saturday morning found us at the Cleveland Institute of Music watching Arleigh graduate from graduate school (she’s a bassoonist):

Then it was off to Ithaca, New York to watch Cameron graduate with an undergraduate degree in film making from Ithaca College:
While we were in Ithaca, we spent some incredible time hiking in the gorges in their state park system. The highlight was Watkins Glen State Park and we’ll have some of Anne’s amazing photos and a conversation about this oh-so-very socialist place in the near future. I wanted to give you an update on the Beer With Bloggers event that I’m hosting with super-blogger Mark Maynard from Ypsilanti. It takes place on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the Corner Brewery in Ypsilanti. Mark has put up a Facebook Event Page.
