In an earlier post, I suggested that Sarah Palin’s previous experience in politics, 20 months ago before she became the governor of Alaska, was as mayor of a city that has only 9,000 people in it.
That was an untruth and I want to correct the record here on my blog, in front of everyone. And I also want to apologize. Mischaracterizations of a vice-presidential candidate are inexcusable and have no place on my blog.
Wasilla has 6,715 residents.
