Here’s what I guess you could call a “time lapse” panoramic shot of our kitchen that has been flattened out. In other words the left side of the picture connects to the right side. It shows our kitchen from start to finish during the canning process.

It shows the tomatoes on the cupboard ready to be blanched, tomatoes in the boiling water being blanched and the finished product in jars.
You might also spot a large basket of peppers and another one of onions along with some eggplants and other produce around the place. Harvest season is upon us, for sure.
