The general State of the State Twitter hashtag is #MOSOTS. Apparently there was major drama about whether or not it would be #MISOS or #MISOTS. All media outlets and government offices were involved in the dramatic battle of the hashtags. Fortunately, it appears to have been resolved without bloodshed or the imposition of an Emergency Manager.
